We often need to thread various internal and external threads in hard material.  This has lead us to the use of single and multiform threadmills.  The advantages of which are many.  However Fusion 360, our CAD/CAM program of choice does not allow for varying step over distances.  So we fixed this.

We will have two files below that can be used 3 ways.  The first file can be defined as a custom macro (M Code) or subprogram to call in your own parent program.  You enter in the relevant information, position, diameter, pitch etc and it performs the calculations and initiates the cuts.  The second is a standalone code that allows you to thread any internal or external thread.

Currently they are still in beta form, so use at your own risk.  Once they have been thoroughly tested, we'll indicate that status.
